After nearly two decades of tirelessly advocating for diversity and inclusion in the arts, Sandhya has moved to San Francisco to fulfill her dream of working for Disney, specifically with LucasFilm. As Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at LucasFilm, she oversees all belonging efforts related to the People & Culture of these storied studios.
